Under ISO9001:2000 quality management system, to increase production efficiency and quality, our factory have many modern labor-free machines , such as automatic screw machines , automatic glue machines ,SMT machines , reflow oven etc , with a monthly capacity of 100,000pcs of LED fixtures. Also we have many advanced testing devices , such as IES test room, EMC tester, Surge tester , Corrosion tester , Optical tester , Constant temperature and humidity chamber, Multichannel temperature tester，and advanced 3D printers etc for R&D work.
In 2024, we have purchased a new factory building in Jiangmeng city . The new manufacturing base is with greater production capacity and better supply chain location, which has further improved our customer service capabilities.
